Before telephone service can be installed, an application for membership must be completed. You can refer to our Service Area Map to determine which exchange you reside in and then click on the membership exchange name to view information for your area. Print out the application, fill in the blanks and mail or fax to our office for processing.
If you are already a member, and want additional service click on Additional Application beside the exchange name. Print out the application, fill it out and mail or fax to our office for processing.
