When a member of the team selects a plant to photograph the following codes are appended to the plant code (see example below).

The  two digits (Ph) are reserved for identifying the photographer and next digit is reserved for identifying the part of the plant that is being photographed. If more than one photograph is being taken of a particular plant part then a photograph number is required.
