Hill Country Telephone Cooperative (HCTC) recently released the fiber network in the Hunt exchange for service to customers. By upgrading the old copper network to new, state-of-the-art fiber technology, customers can now achieve symmetrical speeds up to a Gigabit! It is a whole lot faster than DSL.
While HCTC has worked hard to construct the new network to as many customers as possible, some areas of the Hunt exchange have not been built yet.
