COVID-19 Updates

HCTC’s commitment to our customers and communities has never been stronger. While our offices have been closed to the public during the COVID-19 crisis, we have been able to continue to meet customer needs efficiently and effectively. While some Texas businesses are beginning to reopen in a limited capacity on May 1, we are mindful of the critical nature of the services we provide. The availability and reliability of essential telecommunications services remains as important as ever.

With that said, the delivery of these services is dependent upon highly trained employees remaining healthy and available to perform their respective jobs. Since the health of employees and customers remains a primary concern, HCTC offices will remain closed to the public for now.
