While our offices have been closed to the public during the COVID-19 crisis, we have been able to continue to meet customer needs efficiently and effectively. While Texas reopens, the availability and reliability of essential telecommunications services remain as important as ever.
Delivery of these services is dependent upon highly trained employees remaining healthy and available to perform their respective jobs. Since the health of employees and customers remains a primary concern, HCTC offices remain closed to the public for now.
